The holiday price includes:

Accommodation as agreed, a welcome basket (tea, coffee, milk & sugar and some local delicacies), all linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly, a detailed information pack in the villa to help you plan your holiday. Reconfirmation of return flights if required. Greeting and help from your English speaking hosts.

1 to 3 passengers £35; 4 passengers £45; 5 passengers £50; 6 passengers £60; 7 – 15 passengers £75. Cost may vary due to petrol increases.

Night Flights

Our booking starts from 2pm and finishes at 10am. If you are arriving on a night flight and wish to have immediate access to your accommodation on arrival, you must book the villa for that night, (i.e. Book it from the day before). If you wish to keep the villa for an extra night at the end of your holiday, please indicate this on the booking form and add the cost of one night to the total.

If we cannot accommodate you for the exact dates you require at Villa Samimi, we can usually arrange a stopover stay in a nearby apartment (1 bedroom, 1 sitting room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette and balcony (with pool for £25 per night until Villa Samimi is available to you).

Important Information (Please read before you sign)

In these conditions ‘the client’ shall mean each person named in the booking form.

Insurance and Liability

All activities are undertaken at the risk of the client. All clients must have full and sufficient personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance to cover the duration of their holiday and must bring with them the insurance details and receipt. No children will be allowed to swim unsupervised. Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects at all times and under all circumstances are at the client's risk, unless and to the extent that loss or damage is proven to have been caused by the negligence of the owners of Villa Samimi. The client/s will be responsible for any damage to the contents or structure of Villa Samimi arising from unreasonable behaviour or activities on the part of the clients.

Payment

The deposit stated overleaf must be paid, is accepted as part payment of the total price, and is non-refundable. The balance must be paid before the start of your holiday. If a booking is made by telephone, the completed booking form and deposit must be received within 7 days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note an £80 refundable deposit is required to be paid in advance as cover for any breakages or damage during your stay.

Changes

The client may alter the dates of their holiday without losing their deposit if and only if Villa Samimi agree to the alterations. a reasonable charge may be levied for this facility. Villa Samimi reserve the right, in extreme cases, to change the accommodation offered to a different but comparable accommodation.

Visas

All visa, passport and health certificate requirements are the responsibility of the client. All British citizens need a Turkish visa, obtainable at the entry airport at a cost of £10 (English notes). Villa Samimi cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in a client's documents. This constitutes a contract between the client and Villa Samimi, once a completed Booking Form and deposit have been received by Villa Samimi or their agent, and written acceptance has been sent to the client. This contract shall be covered by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
